Who we are

What we collect

From parents/guardians and coaches: name, role, team, division, mobile number, email, and the text and email choices you make. When you opt in to texts, we also record the date and time, the page, the version of the consent wording, your IP address and browser type as proof of your consent. For players, we collect only the player's name, team and division for running the event. We do not collect players' phone numbers or email addresses.

How we use it

To run the event: team check-in, schedules, court assignments, game-time changes and results. To send the 360 Hoops Event Alerts texts and emails you agreed to receive, answer your questions, and honor opt-out requests.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Service providers that host our website and deliver our messages process information only on our behalf to provide those services. We may disclose information when required by law.

Minors

Players may be under 18. We never text players. Text messages go only to parents/guardians and coaches who opt in. Public schedules and standings show team names only, not player names.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Use the unsubscribe link in any email. To see, correct or delete your information, email anthony@play360hoops.com.

Retention

We keep event contact information only as long as needed to run the event and meet legal obligations. We keep consent and opt-out records as proof.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
